Our client is looking for a high level, independent, and knowledgeable Accounting Specialist to work onsite and report directly to the CFO. This position has been added due to company growth.
Responsibilities:
Hourly Rate: $30-$40/hr

Responsibilities:
- Process Weekly Payroll for all members of the team
- Payroll Liability Processing
- Certified Payroll Submittals
- Timecard Entries
- Contract Labor Compliance Monitoring
- Contract Preparation (excluding document review)
- Collections
- Construction accounting experience (basic level is OK)
- California Certified Payroll Experience
- Payroll Experience
- Third party compliance platform experience (Textura, ISN, Avetta, GCPay, LCP Tracker, Elations, other)
- Contractor or Service Company based collections.
