Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and organizing requirements development
- Lead and manage the team
- Establishing verification and validation & working with development engineers for a more structured V&V
- Writing test plans, running tests, & conducting risk analysis
- Assisting engineers with make it custom or buy it analysis for different types of payloads, batteries, rotors; electronics interface control, knows IDCs (interface control documents)
- Working closely with the customers to develop concept of operations
- 15+ years of work experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Experience using Excel
- Prior experience managing and leading teams
- Hands-on running test and doing risk analysis and help when needed
- Aerospace, aviation or military experience preferred.
- Experience working at a government contractor is preferred
- Knowledge of document and s/w configuration control is a plus
